Not sure which kit you need? The best guage is how much wall/ceiling coverage a kit provides in your room. We've broken it down in the handy chart below by percentage of coverage. Just find your room dimensions in the left column (the total surface area of all 4 walls plus the ceiling is shown in parenthesis). Then read across that row to find the color that matches the type of room you are treating. The numbers in the colored boxes show how much coverage a kit provides as a percentage of the total surface area.

If you find a kit you like that doesn't provide enough coverage, consider buying two of that kit (double the percentage to figure coverage) or adding an extra box of matching foam.
